Meet Tracy

Tracy is the epitome of a serial entrepreneur.  She is equal parts athlete; artist, published author, fitness trainer, wife, and mother of two.  Tracy grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and received a BA in psychology from Princeton University, where she began to explore her creative talents as a painter. She then spent the next 20 years on a creative journey in Los Angeles, steadily improving her painting technique, while simultaneously wielding an undying passion as a celebrity fitness trainer — helping others reach their fullest potential.

She has been featured in numerous magazines, and has trained the likes of: Marla Maples, Sela Ward, Amy Brenneman, Jennifer Stallone, and Eve. In between long hours in her painting studio, Tracy wrote, produced, and starred in her own line of hit fitness DVD’S called Squeeze. This three DVD set was such a hit, that uber fitness con glom, GIAIM, bought her out. Her book, The Wedding Workout was published by McGraw-Hill, and is available on amazon.  Tracy has studied with a number of award-winning artists, and has shown her work at the KREISS show rooms, BGH Gallery, The Eyebeam Atelier, and Muriel Borris Gallery.

One of her proudest artistic achievements was creating a bi-coastal event called Art Heals, which brought together artists from all over the country and all walks of life including emerging artists, children, and celebrities including: George Clooney, Sly Stallone, Joe Good, Chuck Close, and many others. This event helped raise money for those affected by the tragic events of 9/11. Together, these two art auctions raised more than $300,000 for 9/11 victims and their families.  Tracy currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband Sam, and their two children.
