Tiger Nautilus celebrates the dramatic geometry of the nautilus shell, with bold striped chambers, a glowing interior, and a sense of movement that makes the form feel almost alive. The painting also reflects Tracy’s concern for the nautilus itself—a remarkable creature whose beauty has too often made its shell an object of consumption rather than something to protect.
